AH lawyers advised EIH on an international joint venture with Mexx Group BV for existing and new "Oberoi" hotel and hospitality projects in Australia, Asia and the Middle East. AH lawyers have recently advised on new hotel development projects and hospitality M&A transactions in Australia, India, Thailand, Indonesia and Mauritius.
