Corporate/M&A Law Partner

An opportunity exists for a qualified current law partner to join Atanaskovic Hartnell, at its Sydney office.

Atanaskovic Hartnell (AH) has long been recognised as a pre-eminent firm in the corporate, M&A, securities, fundraising and commercial law practice areas, with a strong reputation for taking path breaking initiatives, and handling precedent setting transactions. The firm offers a genuine top tier alternative, both for fast moving and innovative corporate clients (local and international), and for able lawyers seeking to assist such clients from within a more flexible and less bureaucratic professional environment than large top tier firms provide.

AH already has five well established high expertise partners practising in the corporate, M&A, securities, fundraising, and commercial law spaces, supported by a range of academically well credentialed and experienced associates. Owing to continued, and likely stronger future, client support, however, AH wishes to supplement these resources at a similarly qualified partner level.

In addition to a strong law degree, and wide ranging and solid experience in corporate, M&A, fundraising, and/or commercial law, probably gained at a top tier Australian law firm, the successful candidate will have:

• a proven practice track record and Australian client following, and

• a keenness and energy to take advantage of the growth opportunities provided by the existing and future AH practice platform and client base.
